Tenty Terms and Conditions

If any order is placed by the Customer and is accepted by the Company, the contract will be on the following terms and conditions:


General Terms


1.1 The total balance is required to secure the booking date.

1.2 In case of any damages or missing items from the hirer, the full security deposit will be forfeited.

1.3 All deposits will be refunded via EFT within 5-7 business days.

1.4 Collections on the day before (after 4pm) or on the day.

1.5 Returns on the day after (before 10am).

1.6 Any returns after 10am will be charged an additional day.

1.7 Additional charges apply for all deliveries, set up and set down.

Cancelation

2.1 In the event of a cancellation by the hirer, a forfeiture of 60% of the full day rate will apply if the cancellation occurs at any time within days of the intended use date. However, please note that the returnable security deposit will be fully refunded.

2.2 The hirer must send a cancellation email to book@tenty.co.za to receive a full refund if done within the validity period.

2.3 If event is cancelled due to force majeure or due to weather, our standard cancellation fees apply.

2.4 In the event that the hirer fails to collect the rental at the scheduled time without prior notification, please be aware that no refunds will be issued, with the exception of the security deposit, which will be fully refundable.

Damages


3.1 The hirer will be liable to pay for any major damage/loss to the gazebo to the value of the retail price.

3.2 The hirer will be responsible for any damage to or loss of the gazebo caused by fire, water, impact, power surge or any other mechanical or chemical process, theft/burglary, the hirers own act or omission or any other cause as from the time the equipment is with the hirer.
